Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page explains how refunds and cancellations works when you book corporate travel services with TLT Corporate Travel.
- If you need to cancel a booking, contact us immediately at support@theluxurytrips.com or +91 70692 72777.
- Cancellation charges depend on the supplier (airline, hotel, train, bus) and the fare rules that apply to your booking.
- Hotel non-refundable bookings have no refund; free-cancellation bookings are refunded per hotel policy once processed.
- All cancellation intimation should be sent via email or Whatsapp on our company number.
- Any amendments are subject to supplier confirmation; charges if levied on amendment & service cost is applicable.
- If a supplier allows refunds, we will initiate the refund on your behalf once cancellation is confirmed. Most refunds are processed within 7–60 calendar days depending on the supplier and payment method.
- Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
- For cancellations where the supplier issues a voucher or credit, we will pass that voucher to the company or you accordingly.
- Some fares, packages or special rates are non-refundable. Where a booking is non-refundable, no refund will be available.
- If a cancellation is made after the permitted free-cancellation window, the applicable penalty will be applied.
- Visa service fee is non-refundable.
- For non-refundable bookings cancelled due to medical emergency, TLT will approach the supplier for a special consideration; any approval is at the supplier’s discretion.
- Service fees charged by TLT Corporate Travel (LUXURY TRAVEL MICE LLP) for booking, amendment or cancellation will be disclosed at the time of booking. Administrative fees may be retained where permitted by the supplier’s policy.
- Email support@theluxurytrips.com with booking reference, traveler name / company, reason for refund, cancellation details and supporting documents if applicable.
- Allow 2–4 business days for our team to review; additional time may be required if asked by the supplier.
- Any dispute is subject to Arbitration at Ahmedabad Jurisdiction, Gujarat, India.
